Annual Subscriptions give an establishment access to the online store all year long. Your current team and those newbies you hire throughout the year will take the Florida Food Handler Course and the Responsible Vendor Alcohol New Hire Course for Staff & Managers when they are hired. Additionally, every 4 months your F&B front of the house will take a Tri-Annual Update Course. These are all included in the annual subscription. The Manager Section Course is Complimentary for Managers who are Annual Subscribers.
Annual Subscriptions cannot be purchased online. Please call us at 305.628.2428 or email us at for a quote. Please provide us with your F&B Front of the House staff size and your F&B Back of the House staff size so we can quote you for online access for an entire year. Please provide us with the number of Front of the House Managers you have as well.
All F&B Front of the House must complete the Responsible Vendor Alcohol New Hire Course for Staff & Managers within 30 days of hire…that includes servers, bartenders, ID checkers, bussers, barbacks, hosts, cashiers, food runners, and anybody else working in the Front of the House.
Front of the House Managers are required to complete both the Responsible Vendor Alcohol New Hire Course for Staff & Managers and the Responsible Vendor Alcohol New Hire Course – the Manager’s Section within 15 days of hire. The Manager Course should not be limited to just F&B Managers but also Assistant Managers and Supervisors and anybody left alone and in charge of an outlet.
In hotels, in addition to Food & Beverage, Front Desk (where alcohol is available in the rooms), Bellstaff, Concierge and Security are also urged to participate in the Responsible Vendor Alcohol New Hire Course. Their Managers should also complete the Manager’s Section Course.
Florida Food Handler is required for all Front and Back of the House in food & beverage within 60 days of hire….dishwashers, cooks, prep, expeditors, servers, bartenders, bussers, barbacks, hosts, food runners, cashiers.
