Food Manager Certification1 in Fort Lauderdale (Broward county) is Mandatory for Every Manager in Food & Beverage, Front and Back of the House, whether ServSafe or National Registry. The health inspector can fine $1,000 for lack of food safety certification by managers and non-managerial team members alike.
Managers are required to complete this mandate within 30 days of hire.
Certification Cards are Valid for (5) five years.
In order to prepare managers to score as high as possible on this 85 question exam, we provide, at the time of registration/payment for the Course, the following:

- National Registry (owned by ServSafe) Practice Exam
- Online Food Handler Course
- Exam Voucher
The Food Manager Course itself takes 4 hours. The exam can take as little as 45 minutes and as long as 2 hours, depending on the manager. We Zoom the Course every month and provide an Exam Voucher to schedule the Exam to be taken at a Pearson Vue Testing Center at the manager’s convenience.
